Added another clip of Jami as Muffy Tepperman from the first episode of Square Pegs entitled Square Pegs. I’ll be trying to add at least one clip from every episode and I’m busy converting the old videos now!:

I’ve finally gotten the new Coppertube media script up on the Video Archive ( it’s just like the gallery, and it actually works so I’ll be able to upload all my videos a lot faster. Plus the new script doesn’t warp the image - yay! ). The new script also gave me more freedom with the layout, so the layout I’ve been meaning to have up is now up ( the same basic top graphic, but a lot sharper layout-wise I think ). I’ll be uploading the rest of the videos, plus a lot of new ones as I get time. :)

In honor of this special occasion it behooves me to christen it’s maiden voyage with the one, the only, Muffy Tepperman in one of my favorite scenes from Square Pegs: Episode Two - A Cafeteria Line. Any old way, here’s Muffy!:

Not a huge update, but this appeared recently on TheDeadBolt.com and I just knew you guys would get a kick out of it! Jami ranked #4 on the top 10, though let’s be honest, what would the 80s have been without Jami Gertz? She’s at least #2, but I think we’d all like to see her take the #1 spot - how about it TheDeadBolt.com?

Not only was Jami Gertz one of the most beautiful girls of the ‘80s, she was one of the hottest, most popular actresses of the entire decade. And really, she didn’t really turn into a major Hollywood star on the scale of some of her contemporaries on her way up the acting ladder. After breaking out with Tom Cruise in Endless Love, Gertz went on to land roles in Sixteen Candles, Mischief, Quicksilver, The Lost Boys, Less Than Zero, and Renegades. That’s not to mention her work on the small-screen in Square Pegs, The Facts of Life, and Family Ties. Although other more higher profiled ‘80s actresses commanded much of the spotlight, if Gertz didn’t land all of those roles, there’s no doubt the decade wouldn’t have been the same. Gertz’s stint in Lost Boys still stands up today as one of the best (and hottest) female vampire roles of the last 25 years.
